    Hello,

we have bought your BuddyPress Group Tabs Creator Pro plugin. But there seems to be a compatibility issue with WPML. When it is activated, the created tab will not show up.

Is there a solution for this?

    Thank you

    Hi,
    Welcome to BuddyDev support forums.

I am very sorry for the delayed reply.

We don’t have any information about the incompatibility with WPML. Since that plugin is paid, Please provide us access to it in order to troubleshoot and assist you.

    Thank you
    Brajesh

    Hi,
    Thank you.

Please check now. The issue was in Group tabs creator, we have some code which checks if WPML is active, It assumes the tabs are translated. I have disabled that on your site for now.

    Please check.

    Regards
    Brajesh

Yes, it seems to be working now! Thank you

Can you tell me which part you disabled and how? In case it happens again (e.g after an update?)

    Hi,
    I changed the function

    bpgtc_filter_active_post_ids()

    in
    buddypress-group-tabs-creator-pro/src/core/bpgtc-functions.php

and simply returned the post ids it is getting.

    Regards
    Brajesh
