Is the WordPress REST API used

    I was told that I should disable the WordPress Rest API on my buddypress site if I was not using it because it exposes the admin account.

    Is the wordpress rest API used by buddypress or any of the buddydev plugins?

    Thank you for the question.

    1. None of our plugins uses WordPress REST API at the moment.
    2. Yes, BuddyPress does uses REST API at multiple places.
