issue with simple front end posting

    I am having an odd issue where the front end posting plugin wont save a post if you try to attach a featured image. specifically when using an iphone only. it works fine on desktop and other mobiles.

    any ideas?

    Hi Simon,
    Thank you for the question.
    I am sorry but I do not see any reason for this with any browser. The plugin does not uses ajax or javascript for form submission, so it is strange if it happens.

    Can you please tell me what is the error message shown?

    Hi Brajesh,

    I don’t have any errors to show as I don’t have an iPhone to test this on. I have only a video from a user showing it just hangs permanently when they try on an iPhone.

    if they do not add a featured image then they can submit but not otherwise.

    one other point is that this user seemed to get a full captcha with the click on the planes section also which i don’t get when testing.

    Thank you for the details.

    I am sorry but I am unable to assist due to lack of the data.

    1. There is no captcha field available with the plugin. So, I am sure it is not ours.
    2. There is a possibility that some other plugin is conflicting with it.

    I will suggest waiting to see if anyone else has similar issue, If yes, Please do let me know.

    PS:- Can we test it on ipad? If yes, I can do it if you link me to your site.
