Loading PDF and DOC not working in Mediapress 1.5.1 and WordPress 5.5.1

    Dear Buddydev team,

    We try to allow documents field to users, but unfortunately when we try to upload a doc or pdf file, the error appears.

    How could we fixed that?

    Is there any chance you are using WordPress multisite?

    Hi Brajesh,

    Thank you for reply.

    We don’t use WordPress as multisite, we don’t know if it will affect or not, but we use qtranslate and loco translate to configure multiple languages on our site.

    Hi,
    I am not sure as we haven’t use qtranslate with it earlier. Is there any chance they translate the terms slug?

    Can you test it by temporarily disabling qtranslate and see if it works?
