Media Press Cover Image Addon not working

    Hi there, I’m having a problem with the Mediapress add on ‘Set as Profile Cover’ – each time it returns the error “Unable to set as cover.”.

    I checked that it wasn’t because the size wasn’t correct by uploading a new, large image – it sill didn’t work for me. I tried from a few different galleries and also from the image itself. Can you think what it might be causing the issue?

    I’m using latest editions of everything, and oceanwp (child) theme.

    Hello Kir,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. This error occurs if the plugin is unable to create a cover-image directory for the user. Please check whether the directory is created or not.

    You can locate it as the following directory path here 1 is the user id.

    wp-content/uploads/buddypress/members/1/cover-image
