Media press error on uploading PDF

    Hi,
    when i try to upload a pdf to a doc gallery I have this error message:

    Bollettino-aprile-giugno-2017-low-res.pdf(3.1 mb)x This file type is not supported.

    What can I do?

    Hello Sergio,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Please make sure pdf file-type is supported in MediaPress general setting under “Media Type settings” section. Please let me know if it helps or not.
