    hello, I would like to know if there is any solution in mediapress I get the notifications but it does not mark them as read, can you help me solve the problem? my theme is buddyx and buddypress

    sorry I have rtmedia installed and the notifications of the status plugin do not mark it as high read

    I am sorry, we don’t use the BuddyX theme. Since your question is related to rtMedia(not MediaPress) and BuddyX, Please contact BuddyX theme support.
