Mediapress – EXIF data

    Hi there

    Just wondering if there is any way of stripping EXIF data from files uploaded with MediaPress and if not, is there a plugin and/or any code you would recommend to achieve this (for security purposes)?

    Hi Nik,
    We don’t have any plugin or code to achieve that. If you are able to do it with WordPress using some plugin or code please let me know. We can easily add compatibility to MediaPress.

    is there already a plugin for Exif data or is Mediapress compatible with e.g. https://wordpress.org/plugins/exif-details/, https://cs.wordpress.org/plugins/exif-caption/

    Hi yuriix,
    We don’t have any plugin for displaying EXIF. Technically, MediaPress media is WordPress attachment, so all plugins should work.

    The problem is they won’t show the interface on our single media page and they are not aware of it.

    Our team will look into the above plugins and hopefully, we can put some compatibility code within a week.
