    Seems to display this instead of a video, any ideas please?

    Hi Nick,
    Thank you for the question.

    The problem seems to be related to video not being playable. The player is only shown if the video is playable.

    You may want to use MPP Local Transcoder to transcode the video on upload.

    All sorted. Had to change host ( now SiteGround ) which have FFmpeg with their managed WordPress sites
