    Hi Richard,
    I believe the issue is due to importing of the media since I am unable to reproduce it after trying numerous time.

    Still, It does not make sense why a media which is accessible to the user won’t open in lightbox.

    I am sorry but I am not very comfortable with registering on the site due to the tagline. Is that real? Or can I use a temp email there?
