[Resolved] Mediapress limits

    Thank you for checking. The only other plugin that can cause conflict are the plugins from us on customising storage based on various settings). I am no sure any other plugin can do it.

    I am filtering on ‘mpp_allowed_space’ to set the limit.

    please let me know if you find more details.

    I deactivated all other plugins, including the mpp add-ons and the issue still persists.

    You can deactivate the other plugins if you like, I was trying to upload a 10Mb Audio file

    Hi George,
    Thank you.

    There is no need to deactivate the plugins. I see that you are only using Group galleries. In that case, the uploads are per group and not counted in user. The user storage are only counted for sitewide and members gallery.

    In order to change it, You will need to modify the storage limit for groups.

    I went ahead and set it 3GB for the one group we have. Please give it a test.
