    What is your opinion about this plugin https://github.com/adamsilverstein/modern-images-wp in relation to enhancing mediapress

    Thank you.

    At the moment, it seems WordPress core supports uploading of webp but not converting other formats to it. We will wait for it as there are even better formats(avif etc) which is more suitable to support if we decided to do it without WordPress core support.
