Hello I just purchased Member Types Pro just so I can make multiple member types to be discovered on the member search.
There seems to be a bug. Even though the field to add multiple member types appear on the registration and as an option in the edit profile – After various tests, I can’t make a profile actually have the information aggregated.
It returns back as neither of the member types selected when you refresh.

I have tested it.The multi member type is working fine bot for the multi select option as well as the checkbox selection.
I tested by registering new account as well as updating profile.
Can you please provide me steps to reproduce it? is there any chance you are using multiple member type fields(more than 1 field).
Also, is there any chance you have some caching plugin enabled?

You are using BuddyBoss platform. Our Member Types pro is currently incompatible with BuddyBoss platform.
We are working on the achieving compatibility. I will most probably have an update next week about it.Regards

2. We decided to create a separate plugin for BuddyBoss as adding compatibility was not enough. We will be releasing it sometime this week.Regards
