    I get N/A in each column of moderation history.

    Hi,
    Welcome to BuddyDev forums.

    can you please confirm that you are using our moderation tools plugin(I could not see it in your BuddyDev account).

    Also, if possible, Please link me to a screenshot of the log page.

    Is it happening for all entries or just a few?

    PS:- Are you using BuddyPress or BuddyBoss platform?
