[Resolved] New members are not visible in community directory

    Hi Buddy-Dev Team,

    I hope you are fine.
    The profiles of new registered members are not visible in my Buddypress community directory.
    The “Profile Visibility Settings” > default settings is set: Default Profile Visibility = Logged in Users only

    I have deactivated the Prof.Vis.Settings plugin – the new members are still not visible. I have updated BP plugin.
    All new members of the last 2 weeks are not visible.

    I use AVADA-Theme – 7.11.7
    WooComm. Membership
    WooComm. Subscription
    WP-6.4.3

    I also cannot see any new member when I visite the community list as administrator.

    It looks like if an update of has caused the issue.

    Hi Gisela,

    I am sorry for the issue.

    can you please visit your Members directory and select “Alphabetically” from the order by dropdown. Does that make new users appear?

    Thank you for your response.

    yes it does. When I select “Alphabetically” all new members appear.
    When I select “Newest Registered” it lists all, but in the wrong direction. The oldest are on the top and the last at the end of the list.

    Thank you for the reply.

    The issue is users did not log in(their last active time is not recorded). The Newest Registered only lists users who have their last active time set(they should at least log once to the site).
