[Resolved] New users do not receive an activation email after registration

    Hi Brajesh, new users do not receive an activation email after registration . SMTP is working, and according to the users list, under ‘Emails Sent,’ an email should have been sent, but not received.

    Any idea what can suddenly cause this?

    Hi Carsten,
    Thank you for the topic.

    If your SMTP plugin is supporting debug log, try checking that. It should give you the proper idea on what happened after mailing.
