    Hi there

    I just bought and tried to install the “BuddyPress Group Tabs Creator Pro” plugin, but it gives me a blank white page with the following error message:

    The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2021/08.

    All themes and plugins are up to date, and we are on WordPress 5.8

    Please can you help.

    Hi Kevin,
    Thank you for purchasing from us.

    It seems your uploads folder is not writable.

    1. Are you able to download the plugin from our site?
    2. If you are uploading from Dashboard->Plugins->Add New screen and it is showing the error, is there any security plugin installed that prevents/makes folders readonly?
