Hi,
I have recently purchased and installed this plug in, I’m using buddy boss theme, and wordpress all up to date. I have configured the plug in to exclude admins. But on a test profile it is showing Visitors 1 in the tab, but when you click on it, it says no new profile visits?
Has anyone else had this issue? as it looks like a false notification and I can’t get it to go?
Thanks
Hi Joanne,
Thank you for purchasing the plugin.
Excluding admin role should not cause that issue. Are you using any plugin or code that hides users from lists?
Please let me know and I will be able to assist.
Thank you

Hi Joanne,
Thank you for listing the plugins.
These are the plugins which can cause the issue
– BuddyBlock
– Simple Buddypress Profile PrivacyCan you please try disabling these two one by one and see if it works. Please re enable these after the test and let me know which of the above is causing it. I will work on compatibility.

BrajeshHi,
I have deactivated both plug ins. I tried 1 at a time and both together and it didn’t make any difference?
I need this to work properly please can you help?
Thanks
Hi Joanne,
Please allow me to investigate this further today. In the worst case, I will change the implementation how the unique counts are maintained and instead of using the meta I will move to transients to resolve the issue.Regards
BrajeshHi,
I have still not had a response to this?
The notifications are still showing even after you have gone in and views the list of people who have viewed you.
I would expect that when you have viewed that list that the notifications disappear. This error is happening on all test profile now, I need this resolved before I can launch. Please help?
Hi Joanne,
