Other Youtube Video appears after pasting link in BP Activity

    Hi,

    Lately, when me as a user is posting a Youtube link on BP Activity, then the Youtube Video is embed as usual but the video doesn’t correspond to what I have pasted, it is another video playing sometimes of the same artist and sometimes of another artist.

    How can this be possible?

    Thank you for the question.

    I am not aware of any such issue with BuddyPress and as far as I have tested, the oEmbed seems to work fine.

    Can you please share me a sample of link which is showing this behaviour?

    Hi Brajesh,

    I have just checked again today and the videos seem to show up as they should.

    Yesterday and the other day it wasn’t the case.

    I will let you know in this ticket once it will happen again.
