    Hello.
I installed Paid Memberships Pro Restrictions and set the limits as follows:
    Gallery limit: 1
    Media Limit: 1
    Storege limit: 1mb

But i have just uploaded 7 images 2 of which are over 2mb – so i do not understand how the plugin is supposed to work.

Please advise as i bought the plugin to specifically restruct the amount of images that could be uploaded by membership level.

    Thank you.

    Hi Quintin,
Thank you for using the plugin.

Is there any chance you are logged in as site administrator? The plugin does not stop site administrators.

Please let me know if that is not the case.

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hello.

Thanks for getting back to me.

No, i logged in as the specific user and made sure that the settings were:
    Gallery limit: 1
    Media Limit: 1
    Storege limit: 1mb

I then went to domain.com//members/the-user/photos/ and was able to upload a 2.5mb image.

    Please advise.

    Thank you.

    Hi Quintin,
I am sorry for the inconvenience. It seems the plugin is not behaving as expected.

Please do know that it does not apply any limit on file size, so first upload will always pass even if larger than allocated storage(at least in current implementation).
It should not allow the 2nd and subsequent uploads though.

Can you please provide me the following details:-

    1. Are you using BuddyPress or BuddyBoss Platform?
    2. Which version of the BuddyPress or BuddyBoss platform?
    3. Which version of MediaPress are you using?
    4. is it a WordPress multisite or normal WordPress?
    5. Does the user uploading the media has a PMPro membership level assigned?

Please let me know and I will assist.

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Is this the problem?
I have set membership types in memberpress, do i have to duplicate them in buddyboss?
    Please advise, thank you.

    Hi Quintin,
    Thank you for the patience.

I have tested it now. The plugin works as expected if a user has one of the Paid Membership Level assigned and the level restrict the limit.

Please make sure you are testing upload with a user account which has the paid membership pro level assigned.

Here is a screenshot showing it in action(I had set 1 gallery, 3 media).

If the user does not have a Paid Membership Pro level assigned, It will not restrict them.

    Please check.

    Regards
