Hi, I’m using Buddyboss template and operating system, but BuddyPress Member Typing plugins don’t work properly.
By activating the member type plugin, I choose for the user, it has no effect on the profile and the empty option of the profile type is displayed.

    Hi Hamid,
Thank you for using BuddyPress Member Types pro.

It should work properly with BuddyBoss.

Can you please tell me how are you assigning the member type to the user? Also, which version of the BuddyBoss platform are you using?

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hello Hamid.

As per the following screenshot. It seems your profile type is inactive please mark as active and check if it works or not.

You can mark as active from edit member type “Member Type Status” section.

    Hi Hamid,
Can you please check what is suggested by @ravisharma?

PS:- A user’s member type also appears on the Dashboard->Users listing page.

    Regards

    Hi
    thanks for the reply
    I have a new problem.
When I choose several member types
Only one type is displayed in the user’s profile.

Hi, I’m also using Buddyboss template and operating system, and I have an issue with allowing the system to accept several member types. I guess Hamid solved this and can help me on how and where he did it.

    Hi Hamid, Hugo,
Thank you for using our plugin.

I just had a look at the BuddyBoss’s implementation of profile type. They have removed the way(most of) how BuddyPress registers/uses member type and instead packed their own plugin(they had a member type plugin) with it.

Instead of using BuddyPress API, It uses the code from their plugin.

So, if you have profile type enabled, you will not be able to utilize our member types plugin as expected. I will issue the refund to both of you within next 24 hours.

    Regards
    Brajesh
