Problem uploading media from mobile

    Hi all,
    we are facing a little problem when uploading media from mobile: the selector don’t allow multiple selections of files: the user need to click select media button , then select a single image, then click select media button again, select a single media, etc…

    It’s reproducible even on interactive begin on Desktop Safari go Chrome

    Hi Max,
    Can you please check if it is not how the specific browser behaves on mobile.

    Can you please try visiting dashboard->Media->Add New and see if multi selection is working with the default WordPress uploader in the same browser environment?

    thank you for the fast reply.

    I’ve just checked and in the media upload (admin side) it works as expected allowing multiple selection.

    Hi Max,
    Thank you for testing. Can you please do one more test to help me better.

    Please visit to a gallery on your profile and then click on Add Media and let me know if this screen allows multiple selection or not? Or is the issue happening on the gallery screen(I assumed it to be activity).

    sorry for the delay.

    Yes it works from direct upload from personal gallery.

    Thank you for confirming. That means, we have some issue while re-setting up the uploader for specific types. That only happens on activity screen.

    I will look into it a bit more and get back to you next week.

    Hi Max,
    I am sorry, I haven’t been able to reproduce it . I don’t own any ios device so that’s making it difficult for me.

    It will be a bit low on priority for now unless I figure out a way to reproduce it.

    Hi Max,
    We don’t have separate uploader for desktop and mobile. Both Use same uploader.

    Please check mpp.js to see how do we do it.
