Profanity filter not filtering Message notification text on Buddyboss

    Hey Buddydev team,

    I hope you’re well. I’ve just started testing out the Profanity Filter with Buddyboss. It works great with messages, however it doesn’t appear to filter the message text on the message notifications in the top bar. When I click on the message icon to show messages received, the message text shown is not being filtered and shows bad words.

    Welcome back. Hope you are doing well too.

    Thank you for using and reporting the issue. You are right about the notification not being filtered.

    Please allow us to put an update to filter messages in the notification. I will reply back after the update.
