[Resolved] Profile Details Disappeared

    Hello support,

    I bought this “BuddyPress Member Types Pro” while back, so I’m not sure the support ran out of time or not?

    Anyway, I’m now starting focusing to work on it for the register page.

    Anyhow, I got ALL member-type men and women, and every setting is selected and marked, etc, too many to list…

    This the function I’m using for opposite genders

    I even selected these both below area settings
    [x] Use this field in the site registration form.
    [x] Enable Member Type based Conditional registration fields.

    when I test the register page, NO INPUT FIELDS are existed (blank) except this label “Profile Details”?

    These Fields area on the [primary] groups.
    Alias Name, Gender, Birthday, Ethnicity and Martial Status.

    Please help help why is BLANK not showing. I even cleared all admin caches, cache Manager, permalinks. etc

    Hi Jimmy,

    The problem is BuddyPress will not show any field on registration if you do not check “Users with no member type” in the each field setting.

    Also, if you are using latest version of BuddyPress, Please make sure you have this “Use this field in the site registration form.” checked too.

    Wow, Buddypress sure tricked us LOL…

    YES YES again with your big time helped!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂

    I made sure this “Users with no member type” are marked. All shown after cached everywhere that I can think of…

    I did a temp-user registered for testing, got an email confirm with a default activation key. I did logged-in with a profile 🙂 🙂

    I still need more testing and understanding, etc.
