[Resolved] Profile Image Cropping Tool Not Working

    When I try to change a member Profile Photo in BuddyPress by uploading an image from my computer, it always uploads cropped to the top left corner of the image. The image cropping tool is not working. How can I fix this?

    Hi Rick,
    Welcome to BuddyDev support forums.

    Are you using any lazy loader for images? These kind of conflict is known with lazy loader plugins.

    If not, are you using any media optimization or offloading plugins?

    Please share the details and we will assist.

    Hi Brajesh,
    Yes, SiteGround (hosting company for our website) has a lazy loading feature as part of their SG Optimizer. I disabled that particular feature and that solved the problem!
