on the registration  i put a “dropdown select box field” for users to choose  what town / city they are from,   ..now the  options they have to choose from is about 800 …    and i want to use this on about 2 more othet websites

please how do i  do this in the quickest way possible..instead of just typing  all the whole 800 towns one by one… for each site.. is there a way i can get into  the code and copy and paste.. to just save time??
