Recent Visitors notification issues

    Hi Brajesh, I’m still having problems with my Recent Visitors notification counter. The counter does not update, and it does not match the actual visits. I changed the settings ‘Only notify on new visits? Yes to No. but no changes.

    I have changed my theme to rule out settings in my functions.php, but with same result. Am I the only user experiencing issues with the Visitors counter

    Which version of Recent visitors are you using? is it the latest version?

    Hi Brajesh, it’s Version 1.6.3, and I think the issues came after this update

    Hi Carsten,
    We did change the way counting was done.

    1. Are you using any custom code for showing count? Please share.
    2. What is the issue with notification? If you set to Only new, does it keep repeating notifications from the same user?
