Hi there! I’ve just bought your Restrict Email Domains plugin… uploaded and installed it, and entered the domains that i’d like to authorise… but i’ve just tested it and it’s allowed me to register with a gmail email address (not authorised).
Can you help me please?
Thanks
Tan
Hi Tan,
Thank you for using the plugin. My apologies for the inconvenience. Can you please share me a screenshot of your settings? Please make sure the setting does not have comma and new line.
Also, can you please tell me if you are using it for restricting registration for certain plugin?(BuddyPress or WooCommerce etc). If yes, then which one?
I will look into it and assist quickly.
Thank you
BrajeshHi Brajesh,
Thanks for the quick response! I’ve attached a screenshot of the settings… each domain is on a new line (no comma).
I’m using it to restrict access to WordPress – no BuddyPress or WooCommerce.
Many thanks,
Tan

For anyone else looking at this, The problem was the plugin had issue with spaces(if there was any space before entry/after entry, it allowed all emails to pass). I have updated the plugin to trim any space before/after entry.
That fixes the issue. The updated plugin can be downloaded from here
