Scheduling activity

    Hi,
    a client just need to be able ti schedule activity posting a la facebook when you can write a post and schedule his publication.

    Changing the publications date in backend is only changing the visualized date but it still can be visibile even if the date is in the future.

    I have not found a way to do it nor in the BuddyPress nor in any add-on.

    Are I missing something? Is there a way to do it?

    Hi Max,
    Thank you for the question.

    At the moment, there does not exist a solution for this.

    Someone can do it by adding the ui on activity post creation and using cron job to set the post live.

    I tried to dig in the code but have no clear direction on BP structure.

    I’ve seen that activity has a date value.. it would be fine if we can create a function to filter the activity visibility on the loop (didn’t know if it’s feasible) in a way to hide it if the activity datetime is after the current system datetime.

    Is it feasible? if so can you make a custom development?
