    Unfortunately my translation into German does not grab the content of your plugin. Check the screenshot please.

    Hi Thorsten,
    My apologies. Not all of our plugins support translations yet. Since we have been trying to move to the new wp convention of translation, I am not sure if it supports or not. Please allow me 2 days and I will make sure it does for this and the edit activity both.

    You`re right – but your plugin offers a US version, so I was sure another translation would work 😉

    The problem lied with the naming of the translation file.

    It should have been buddypress-notifications-widget-en_US.po/mo instad of bp-notifications-widget-en_US.po/mo

    Wow Brajesh, now it works! the issue was “buddypress-notifications-widget” in front of the language code. It was irritating because your language folder shows a lonely “fr_FR.po” file too. I was not sure how to use. Now I’ve got it!

    Ok, found one more issue of missing space between the last line of a message and the [X] sentence. The information “Peter sent you a private message” is in my case about two lines.
