[Resolved] Unable to create Project inside a Group

    Yes, the group we have created is a hidden group, it might don’t work to apply tasks because it is a hidden group?

    Hi Daniel,
    I just tested it for hidden group too. It works.

    Can you please make a screencast and show the issue to me? How do I reproduce it?

    Thank you for sharing the details. I see the error on site. Did you make any change to the plugin?

    Can you please delete it and reinstall from wp.org?

    No, I didn’t made any changes to the plugin at all and I have the same version installed as if I would download it from wp.org. Do you still want me to delete the plugin and reinstall it?

    Yes, Please do. I don’t see any other reason why it won’t allow group admin/moderators.

    Goodmorning Brajesh,

    But there are some Projects created in other groups. Does this not create conflicts with WP when I will delete the Task Manager plugin? Or do I need to first delete all the Projects and the tasks inside the example Projects (which came with Theme) before I do delete and re-install the plugin? I just want to prevent fatal error to occur.

    Hi Daniel,
    The plugin does not have a deactivation routine or any uninstall functionality.

    That means all the projects and data will remain with you and when you reactivate the plugin, they will be visible again.

    Hi Brajesh,

    I have deleted the plugin and reactivated it. Since then I could apply a new task to a group member.

    That’s fantastic!

    Thank you very much for your help, I am very happy that the feature works now and we could move forward applying tasks to the Group.
