use short code from formidableforms not working

    Dear Support,

    After I install “BuddyPress User Profile Tabs Creator Pro”, I create a new tab for my BuddyBoss.
    Then I create a form with formidableforms, I place formidableforms form short code to new tab content. After that It did not show anything when I open this tab. Usually the page must show form.

    Could you please advice.

    Hi,
    Thank you for using the plugin.

    We simply render the shortcode. It seems formidable form is checking for current page and most probably unable to render as the profile pages are not actual WordPress post/pages.

    Please allow us to look into the formidable form shortcode(we do not use it and are unable to predict the correct reason currently) and see if there is any feasible solution. Will be providing feedback within 24 hours.
