[Resolved] Videos Not Opening in Lightbox

    Hello,

    I have a video gallery that is displayed on a page using the gallery shortcode: [mpp-show-gallery id=33 type=video lightbox=1] but when I click on the thumbnail the video does not play, instead it shows an empty image container.

    Is it possible to have the videos opening in the lightbox?

    Hello,

    I have discovered that using [mpp_media gallery_id=33] instead of [mpp-show-gallery id=33] works. The videos do not open in a lightbox but they do look and work fine in the gallery by simply clicking on them, so I’m happy!

    Now this plugin is perfect!

    Hi Simon,
    It is by design at the moment. It is possible to open but our implementation/use of magnific popup does not support it. Please do not use lightbox tag here. That will link the gallery to their individual page and users should be able to view the videos.

    We will explore in future on enabling the lighbox for videos too.
