[Resolved] widget “galleries list” : list not shown if not logged in large view mode

    I’m experimenting the widget “galleries list” with a buddypress site & portfolio press theme and find out that the list is not shown when the user is not logged (the list is show when connected) only on a large screen view. If i look on my mobile , the list is shown even not logged.
    have you a solution to this issue ?

    Hi,
    Thank you for using MediaPress.

    In MediaPress, The gallery widget will only be hidden(based on state & context) if you have selected “Galleries of:” option and set it to “Logged In User” or “Displayed User”.

    In all other cases, we do not hide the widget. If you have “Everyone” selected, then your theme is probably doing something to hide the widget or the complete widget area and I will suggest checking with the theme author for the same.

    Please contact theme author. They probably have some css media query rule that is hiding widgets on screens of different resolutions.
