    Is there any way to view members / profiles in a gallery instead of in a long vertical row on the page

    Hi Anders,
    You will need to modify member-loop.php and implement your own grid.

    You may take a look at either Community Builder or BuddyBoss platform for inspirations on how to have a members grid.
