    Yes I would like that.

Waiting on details when you can look at it.

I have continued to try to solve the problem but have not been successful.

I have multiple servers, so I went to a server that never had a WordPress install on it.

    I installed WordPress.

I did nothing but install MediaPress on it. No themes, no addons, no nothing.

    Same problem.

I think the reason you can’t see it is because when you are in the EDIT GALLERY page and make a change, then click on update, a text appears that says “Post updated. View post”. But this does not show you the direct page. What you are looking at with that view post is the gallery, not the actual page.

For example. I create a page called “test”.

It is located at  – https://tulsi2020.space/workspace/test/

Now I create a gallery called “test” and put some images in the gallery.

When I click on “update” a text appears that says: “Post updated. View post”

If I then “reorder” the images and click update, again a text appears that says: “Post updated. View post”

The images seem to have changed, but it is only on the gallery edit page, not the actual page.

If you click on “View post”, it looks like the the images have changed order, but you are not looking at the page directly.

You are looking at the gallery post. You are looking at:

    https://tulsi2020.space/workspace/site-gallery/test/            (looks good)

Instead you need to look at

https://tulsi2020.space/workspace/test/                                (looks bad – no change)

    Hope this helps.

Waiting as fast as I can to speak with you.

Please call me so I can show you on my already built website or on the clean no addons, no themes, no nothing website.

    XXX.XXX.XXXX

    Thanks

    Keyesy

Any update on fixing the problem of the reorder pics and videos not working.

    I have tried everything.

    I have different servers.

I installed wordpress on a different server.

    I left everything as default.

Only plugin I added was MediaPress.

    I created a page and a gallery.

    I uploaded some pics.

Reorder does not work on a brand new untouched installation.

Is there any hope that this will get fixed?

Yes, I know it is working on your machine.

    Yes, I already did this.

I tried Using the WordPress default themes: Twenty Sixteen, Twenty Seventeen,Twenty Nineteen all with no custom css/code and only MediaPress activated.

Pic and video reorder did not work.

Taking a wild guess I’d say it has to do with some variable pointing to the wrong location.

My WordPress instillation is not in the /public_html/ directory.

My WordPress instillation in a different directory: /public_html/workspace

I’d guess that reorder location is looking at /public_html/ directory instead of /public_html/workspace.

    Thanks

    Hello.

Here is the EDIT GALLERY page for gallery named “Test”:

After clicking “View post” and clicking Reorder, the “Test” Reorder page appears:

Both the “Edit gallery” page and the “reorder” page show the same sequence, 5 4 3 2 1.

Here is what the “Test” page looks like when you view it directly:

Now I go to the Reorder page and reverse the sequence to 1 2 3 4 5 and save:

I go to the “gallery Edit” for gallery named Test:

I see that the sequence change has been changed here as well:

Now when I go and look directly at page named “Test” the changes in the sequence of the images have not changed:

    \

Here is the MediaPress page named “Test” with F12 pressed:

I have deactivated all plugins except “MediaPress”:

I have used the Basic themes and the problem happens on all of the basic pages:

    Twenty Sixteen
    Twenty Seventeen
    Twenty Nineteen

I’m not sure what to try next.

I’m guessing that somehow the the .htaccess file points to the wrong place that stores where gallery order is stored.

My WordPress instillation is not in the /public_html/ directory.

My WordPress instillation in a different directory: /public_html/workspace

    Thanks for your time.

In WordPress I pick MediaPress ->

    I Pick “All Galleries”, I pick a Gallery. ->

In “Edit Gallery” I pick “Edit Media” ->

In the “Title” tab I have entered ->

    < a href=”https://imgur.com/C2oXyra”>link text

    link text

    and

    and

    https://imgur.com/C2oXyra

    and

    <https://imgur.com/C2oXyra&gt;

    and

    <p>https://imgur.com/C2oXyra</p>
    ‘<p>https://imgur.com/C2oXyra</p>’

None work to place a link under the thumbnails of the opening page of the gallery.

    Thanks

I’m able to put a clickable link on the bottom of an image, but I can’t figure out how to put a clickable link at the bottom of the thumbnails on the opening page of a gallery.

    Is that possible?

    thanks
