    Hi Brajesh,
    I also have the same problem, I can upload media on desktop no problem but on iPhone when i touch the upload video icon or select files button nothing happens.
    However i have worked out that it is not a medipress problem as I tried changing themes to wordpress default and twenty seventeen and it worked fine on the iPhone.
    The theme i’m having problems with is the themify flow theme.

    Has anyone managed to solve what needs changing to fix a theme so the uploads work on mobile devices?

    Hi Brajesh,
    Sorry for late reply.

    I checked Dashboard->MediaPress and i see no galleries in a trashed state and also checked with ftp and found no files/folders that shouldn’t be there.
    I did uninstall media press and reinstall so not sure if that could have affected things.

    Thanks for reply Brajesh, after looking into it more, i found that i can upload through the activity stream using any other account but my main admin account, when trying to upload with the main admin account i get an error “The gallery is not selected.”

    Hi,
    I have the same problem, can upload through the gallery but not through activity stream.

    Has the issue been fixed?
