Hi Brajesh,
I am using BuddyPress Version 6.1.0. I do think I have any other plugin affecting the default tab.
Also I am using Community Builder Pro.But I still don get the desired functionality.
I cannot get the default functionality to work either for Tab or Sub Tab.
And I need both. - Sotiris on December 14, 2020 at 11:25 pm in reply to: [Resolved] Profile Visible for specific role/users #34870
Hi Brajesh,
I apologies for being silent over the last week. I am using conditional shortcodes within the main profile page.
So if I continue with that I will need to check the member type of the displayed user in order to check if I can show the content.I also check the option on the plugin “BuddyPress Member Types Pro” that give me the ability to show a default tab for a specific member.
If that worked it would be great. But I tested and when I select an new profile tab as a default profile tab for a specific member type (which is associated with a specific role), it was still showing the default buddy press profile (tab profile).
So if I cannot restrict the profile view by roles. Is there a way to show different profile tab per role or member type?

Hi Brajesh,
We are using the Network Subsite User Registration plugin. The registration is allowed on all sites (main and subsites). We installed this plugin in order to have a separate registration on every sub-site.
All users who register are indeed network users, but they do not get assigned the main site (sites column on network users list).

Hi Brajesh,
One question for the proposed solution you shared and was used. All is working great except from the pending sign-ups.
The users that are registering in a subsite and not activating their account are listed in the pending signups on every subsite.I do not know if this is the expected behavior. The desired result is only to show in the sub-site the pending users that the registration was made to that sub-site.
Best Regards,

A thousand thanks Brajesh. The best support ever!
Solve my second issue very fast!
Concerning the bp registration option plugin. I disable it and perform a test by registering a user on a subsite and it appears in other sub-sites also.
If you have any suggestion, it would be very much appreciated!
Best Regards,
