This issue is still persisting. I don’t know how to provide you with an error log. Where do I get that? After the latest update my shortcode blocks don’t show up, my buttons are not solid colors anymore, and my menus look terrible. I really need this fixed. Can you help? If you can’t help me fix this I will need to find a new theme for my site which I really do not want to do, but I won’t have a choice. Please advise.

I added that plugin and activated it. Cleared the cache. Made sure I’m running the latest version of community builder pro., and still get a critical error. Also, none of the shortcodes on my site are showing up either. I have multiple sections of shortcode features, but they are all missing from the site. I used to have a list of jobs on my home page, and while the shortcode is still there, the list of jobs are not. It’s just blank.

That would be great if you could, were you able to get the admin login I sent you? Does that give you the access you need?
I’ll be honest that I’m not sure what the page.php is, and if you create a template file for the sitewide gallery, would that only work for that one gallery? I’ve got lots of instructional guides throughout the site in different galleries available to different membership levels. Will this be something I can recreate for each one? And if they update the theme on me, will that lose everything? I don’t have a childtheme created.

Thank you Brajesh. I’ll also check in with the support team at wpengine to see if their caching might be causing it. I removed all my own caching plugins from the site since wpe provides it.
