It appear a mess of horizontal. Did not appear as a dropdown. What should i make it appear as dropdown?

Example. i report user
domain.com/andrew
admin saw reported from andy, who reported whole profile of andre (not exactly activity or comemnt. do you provide button next to send message?)===
so admin will see
domain.com/andrew in collum reported url,
andy in collum reporter.
so i affraid, if andrew change his username to justin. URL will be error
