Am specifically looking for a plugin that can let me set up a wall like FB has – a common wall.
So far, it seems like such a plugin does not exist.

Let me understand this correctly… to quote… this
“shows all the activity updates which happen in a user’s network( User’s group, user’s friend) on user’s profile(or sites directory based on your settings) in one place.”This one seems to be like Buddy Boss.
This means that this is for a user’s profile activity stream right?It is not like the common wall of Facebook.
I am looking for a FB common wall activity stream. Is this that?
