just updated bp-branded-login and Bp auto activate auto login plugin for WordPress/Wordpress Multisite 3.1 and BuddyPress 1.2.8. These two plugins were incompatible with 3.1 Now, as far as I see, all of our plugins are compatible with WP 3.1+BuddyPress 1.2.8
