    Hi Ben,
    Can you please visit Individual Site and Check the Settings-> Blog Avatar. If you network activate this plugin, you should be able to see a Blog Avatar Option in the settings menu of the individual site.

    Please check and let me know if it is there or not?

    That is not there, Am I missing something here?

    I’ll reinstall it and see if that fixes it.
