[Resolved] BP Member Type Pro issue with Paid Membership Pro

    Hi Joss,
    I am sorry, I have been trying to find out the issue. I haven’t been able to replicate it.

    I am unable to login to your site as it is protected currently.

    1. Is there any chance that you have used hyphen in member type name? This breaks for themes following BP convention.

    2. If not, My suggestion will be to check after disable the BuddyPress addon for Geodir/Geo My WP.

    3. If still not visible, Please visit Dashboard->Users and visit profile of one of the users with that member type and see if BuddyPress is showing them as active(last active time?)

    Please let me know what do you find.

    PS:- The member types directories are generated by BuddyPress(we only enable certain flags) and we don’t have too much control over the class/form. For non ajax mode(tabs) I can certainly add classes over body. I am planning to add another option for non ajax tabs in future.

    Brajesh,

    When I disabled the plugin GEO my Wp, users activities stop, the user time activity don’t refresh when a user is on the website…

    Hi Joss,
    That’s strange. Did you try clearing cache? Disabling a plugin should not stop your activity? If possible, Please provide me some temporary login and I can check it quickly.

    Currently when I am selecting a member type from dropdown(Gardien or the other), It is listing me users.

    Can you pleas tell me the issue again?

    Brajesh,

    The issue is on principal members directory here :
    https://www.partagemon4pattes.com/membres/

    Filters are behind GEO form, you need to display off the form to acces to it with :
    div#members-dir-search.dir-search form.gmw-bpmdg-form-wrapper {
    display: none;
    }

    Filters don’t work anymore…

    Hi Joss,
    Thank you.
    I can see it now.

    1. There is an issue with your theme and the Geo My WP. The theme uses absolute position for positioning search. Geo My WP adds a lot of content to that search and that leads to the tabs being hidden. The tab bar is not added by member type( we do some entries in that). Please contact theme authors and tell them about the overlapping, they will fix it.

    2. The result is incorrect on this page and it is most probably due to Geo location plugin(I can see member type not being respected). Please disable their BuddyPress Directory integration(It is from settings) and it will fix the results.
