    Hi Matt,
    Is there any chance that you are using the card which is issued by an Indian bank? PayPal won’t be able to process domestic cards(Indian) for us.

    If not, I am not sure what is the issue. Most probably PayPal might have some temporary issue.

    If you are based in India, Please let me know and I will share alternative Payment option.

    Yes I am based in India and my Card is issued by Indian bank (VISA Card).

    kindly provide alternate payment option.
