[Resolved] BuddyPress Lock Unlock Activity. Need Ajax

    1) Username Availability Checker ==> It don’t work on username change. Which appear available or not, right the time change, you said will update this.

    2) Username change ==> Move to General/under account change (leave blank if no change similar password)
    Both of this you said: good idea, will update in soon time, even i purchase members or not.
    After all during support in email, you said: will be available today or tomorrow. Then i follow up in email (check back email, i email you few times with no respond, so i remind you here, because you no respond on email what can i do?)

    I got it. Delay for will be waiting for update:

    2. It was your idea and I thought it to be something else. After I understood, I did mail you that I won’t be able to provide it. Please go through our email discussion. What you are asking is moving the whole tab which will need me to almost rewrite the plugin.

    3. Just to be clear, I haven’t committed anything on it except that I will be checking feasibility. I will be happy to have it but no commitments.

    4. Already pushed the update. Please upgrade.

    About email follow up:- Did not you mailed me once that too about the deactivate account while you were posting on the forum. If you write something on forum and mail too, we do ignore email and respond here.

    It is better to keep only one channel open not multiple. Our initial arrangements were that we will continue discussing about a few plugins(The discussions which were ongoing on the email) on email but then you posted on forums about those too, so that’s why.

    Hope that clarifies.

    That was the email where I said it was a good idea and I will like to have it. And I did add the compatibility of these two plugins.

    Please do take a look at what I said:- I said we will add the support whether you join or not. I was referring to the User Name availability checker support while you were referring to the Tab movement.

    If you read my previous email(screen shot 1), I had mentioned that anything that takes less than 15-20 minutes, we may do as part of membership(pro) otherwise is chargeable.

    We refunded your pro membership and you are on plus, so that option does not even apply.
    I am sorry if I miscommunicated it somewhere, I wish we had used proper points for the same.

    I won’t be able to help you move tabs. It’s time consuming and not rewarding for us. If you want, I can certainly refund your Plus membership.

    Moving tab was never something that I explicitly agreed. I understand that one of my 2nd email might have given you that impression and that’s why I had issued refund and mentioned things explicitly.

    It means making these two plugins work together. Not moving tabs or anything.

    Now, since you are adamant at proving that I committed providing code for moving tabs, I have a few questions:-

    1. Did I say that you should buy membership and I will do it? If not, then Am I obliged to do it?

    2. What else could I have done to make you understand that I won’t be able to assist you with moving tabs:-

    a) I issued a refund of your initial purchase with clear email about the things.
    b) I mentioned that I will help with User Name changer/Availability Checker compatibility

    At BuddyDev, I try to be very clear in what we can do and what we can’t. That’s why we have one of the simplest refund policy.

    You have been literally forcing me to do something which I flatly refused in the latest email. Yes, my first email might have been a misunderstanding but did you bother to think about the email where I had provided refund for your first purchase and the content of that message.

    You bought the Buddy Plus after that and I sincerely appreciate it but how does that make me obliged to provide moving the tab.

    I might have considered it(in future) but the way you have been going about it, I will not provide any assistance on moving tabs unless it is done as part of the custom job. The time I might have spent on moving the tabs I have spent on clarifying my position. So, sorry. But no tab moving.

    I read your email and feel something flighting here. Stop the topic here, if you are not happy. We are trying to explain each other but your voice want to flighting.

    1) Why do you create sugguestion forum for what? This is my sugguestion, which i may misunderstand that you agree (as you explained) update today/tomoorow. Am i wrong to follow up after 2 days, now was 3 days. I was expaided time to follow. This is my nice (if i understand correct). I’m your client, not your staff who during dicussion you given me angry mind.

    2) Do i say MUST after all?

    By the way. Let’s clear. If you keep continue discussion with this way, i think we can broke client relationship. Confirm me then.

    3 months support is a haft price of yearly. Do you think it is cheap for whole life of web? And you act to me like this way?

    As i remember that:
    + My suggesstion is very reasonable for plugin update
    + My bug report is completed right

    Do i say or make anything wrong as a plugin user, even many company pay for tester staff to do bug report and invest idea.
