Hi,
Thank you for the patience. Please upgrade to 1.4.1
It adds the support for redirecting users on their first login to a different location. You can configure it on edit member type page and when a user logs in for the first time, they will be redirected to that url.To answer your other question, No, this plugin does not allow having different label for member type values.

BrajeshHi,
can you please help me understand thisWhat does not work yet is that a certain role (in this case the applicants) must link to a certain url, and not to the front page.
I don’t know what you mean by this . The plugin does not offer any front page specific functionality.

BrajeshHi,
This plugin adds redirects based on member type. If you do not assign a member type to the user, this plugin will not know where to redirect them.It seems me me you need role based redirect since you are assigning role at the time of creation and not member type.
Do you want me to put some code for that?

BrajeshThank you very much for your patience,
As you notice, I am not an expert. I try to make the best of it myself.
What is envisioned is the following:
1. An applicant logs in with a permanent account (username = Sollicitant, password = Soleo) and comes to a dedicated page on which he does a number of things, such as testing, etc. The role = applicant. Dit werkt al met de plugin BP redirect.
2. If he is hired, he can create a profile for the buddypress platform from that page. He also enters additional personnel data in a separate Airtable web form.
3. He can then log in immediately, after which he is assigned to the groups, from the location fields, etc.
