Hello,
Thanks for the quick response. The point is that neither Buddypress as Member Types Pro are activated in the network.
The subsite is completely separate in my case as far as buddypress is concerned. I would think that should work, but maybe not…?
Hello,
Now the association of a newly created role to a member type does not work anymore! This is still the basic function of the plugin.
Is this plugin abandoned? Since the last updates of Bp it doesn’t work anymore.
I haven’t had an answer to my last message either. Are you still active as a developer? Shall I look for another plugin that does work?
What will it be?
Thanks
ErwinHello,
I took a closer look and switched Buddypress off on the network. Buddypress now runs separately on both sites, and Member Types Pro runs on the network. The settings are exactly the same on both sites as far as both plugins are concerned.
Now I notice that it still doesn’t work. I don’t understand anything about it. I think there must be something else going on. Could you maybe take another look? Because on Monday the site should be live and it would be nice if both languages (sites) got an avatar.
Thanks a lot
ErwinHello,
Thank you for checking this.
That’s very unfortunate. Can you recommend something else to make this work, or a workaround?
Warm end-of-year greetings

Yes, that’s the way it’s supposed to work. It has always worked like this.
However, the problem was that users were no longer connected to the groups. So I don’t really know what to do.
