    Hi,
    I have tested now.

    The members directory and member type filters are working for me.

    is there any chance you have PMPro BuddyPress Addon active? Try checking by deactivating that addon.

    Hi,
    Yes I have “PMPro BuddyPress Addon active”, I have disabled it and I can see the members under “All Members”. But there is no members, under specific members type that I have created.

    Hi Olaf,
    Can you please share me the site link and credentials again. The plugin is working. I need to check the site again to see if there is something else there causing it.

    In some of the cases, BuddyPress will not list users who haven’t logged to the site.
