[Resolved] BuddyPress Profile Visibility

    Hello Brajesh,

    a question about profile field visibility in Buddypress.
    I manage an intranet. So all members know each other.
    As an administrator, I would like to prevent the user from modifying the visibility of a field that I have chosen.
    In fact it’s something similar to BuddyPress Non Editable Profile Fields but for visibility.

    Hi Bruno,
    Thank you for the question.

    You can do it form the settings page.

    Please visit Dashboard->Settings-> BP Profile Visibility

    In the general settings, disable it for front end.

    Hi Bruno,
    Please disregard my last reply. I mistook it for one of our plugins(BuddyPress profile visibility).


    @ravisharma     just pointed my mistake, so this is an update.

    You can disallow users from changing field visibility by enforcing visibility.
    To do that, Please visit Dashboard->Users->Profile fields and edit a profile field you want to enforce visibility.

    There, you can set the option as shown below
